The Rising Tide of Debt and Despair

Hi I am I Fiona and for as long as I can remember, debt and failing systems have cast a relentless shadow over mine and my family’s life, draining our resources, hope, and stability. From my earliest memories, I watched my parents struggle under the burden of mounting bill, debts, loans that seemed to multiply faster than they could pay them off.In 2020, I watched a video by Santos Bonacci in which he claimed to have accumulated over $100,000 in unpaid parking fines. This was the starting point of my journey into questioning and investigating the systems in which we are asked to place our trust and money.

Since that time, I have explored countless avenues of research—many of which, in hindsight, proved to be distractions. If I could go back, I would have dedicated that time to understanding the principles of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which would have provided me with a stronger foundation much earlier.

During this period, I relied upon the 'Three Notice Process' of 'Conditional Acceptance', which has, to date, prevented more than thirty debt agents, councils, and solicitors from pursuing claims against me. However, the process was far from simple. In many cases, three notices became fifteen, leading to significant time commitments, financial expense, and considerable personal stress.

My perspective shifted profoundly when a trusted friend Tommy Mackay authour of ' Prisoner of Claremont Street' that he has kept to himself but this needs to get out there especially as it has a happy ending, recommended Peter Wilson’s 'Checkmate the Matrix'. Intrigued, I enrolled in the seven-day free trial, eager to uncover new strategies for financial empowerment. The insights gained were nothing short of revolutionary, prompting me to forgo the monthly subscription and instead commit to full membership—a decision that ranks among the most impactful of my life as it has provided me with a clear and effective remedy—one that allows me to take control and shift the balance in my favour.

The structures of council tax, government finance, and banking are built upon layers of deception and misrepresentation. Council tax is often enforced without full transparency of its lawful basis, with residents coerced into payments under threat of court action despite the absence of clear contractual consent. Government institutions, in turn, collude with banks that create credit out of nothing through fractional reserve practices, indebting the public while presenting it as legitimate finance. What is portrayed as lawful obligation is, in reality, a system of fraudulent enrichment, designed to extract wealth from individuals under the guise of authority and necessity.

How do they trick you

 

 Correspondence from these corporations are sent to the all caps name for example MR JOHN DOE, never John Doe, this is where they have tricked you to believe that you are the ALL CAPS NAME.

A different language

​

Legalese refers to the specialised and often complex language used in legal documents, statutes, and contracts. It is deliberately written in a way that can be difficult for us to understand, using archaic terms, Latin phrases, and convoluted sentence structures.

 

While it is presented as necessary for precision, in reality legalese often serves to maintain control and authority, creating a barrier between the legal system and the public. By keeping legal processes obscure, institutions and professionals ensure reliance on lawyers and officials, preserving their power and limiting individuals’ ability to challenge or question what is being imposed upon them.

Fear

​

Those in positions of authority—whether government, councils, banks, or debt collection agencies—regularly employ fear as a mechanism of control. Threats of court action, fines, property seizure, or damage to one’s credit file are used to pressure individuals into compliance, often without full explanation of their rights or the lawful basis of the demand.

 

Fear is intentionally cultivated to discourage questioning and to create the perception that resistance is futile. By keeping people in a constant state of anxiety and intimidation, the system ensures obedience, even when its claims may not stand up to scrutiny.

Life is a complex game, where the rules are not clearly defined, leaving many of us feeling lost and overwhelmed. We navigate through challenges and obstacles without a clear understanding of how to strategise our moves effectively.

 

Just as in chess, where each piece has its role and purpose, we too have the potential to take control of our circumstances.
